The European Breastfeeding Week 2016 is celebrated on the first Sunday of October to complement the World Breastfeeding Week held in August. Since August is a typically holiday period, the first week of October is celebrated in the countries of Europe, which coincides with the 41st week of the year, in theory the post-birth of the baby.
It is, therefore, an ideal time to share these Beautiful 21 breastfeeding photographs who have participated in the V Photo Contest organized by the Besartean Association to support breastfeeding and respectful parenting.

The winning photo in the category "Breastfeeding and Nature" is the one you see illustrating the cover of the post.
It was done by Carlos Hugo García de Garayo Díaz and the mother is Oihana Arnaiz Olarte, whom we see practicing breastfeeding in tandem with their daughters in the middle of nature.
