Seven refreshing beauty tricks for pregnant women

The arrival of heat usually means one thing for those of us who are pregnant: overwhelmed. I have been feeling it myself in these last days, so I have resorted to some beauty tricks to cope better and pamper myself a little. If you feel identified with me, I recommend that you turn to one of them (or everyone!).

Make thermal water your best ally against heat

This is a bacteriologically pure water and It has trace elements that help soothe and protect the skin. It is a summer basic for me for years because I give it many uses: to refresh the face (although if the heat squeezes in the early morning I end up spraying the whole body) and to soothe the skin after depilation or after make-up removal.

Usually a small boat is expensive in my bag because it gives me life when I'm on the street, I also have another one on the nightstand and another one in the fridge. You can find it in any pharmacy and it is not very expensive (If I'm not bad the smaller boat costs around 2.50 euros).

Hydrate

From the first visit to the gynecologist they tell us about the importance of hydrating during pregnancy and even more so if we are in summer, so this is not simply a beauty trick (which is because it helps the skin to have better appearance), but it is a matter of health.

If you get tired of drinking water you can make smoothies of fresh fruits, natural poles, eat the whole pieces or lemonade ... the important thing is that you drink liquid and that you take the opportunity to take the vitamins you can through easy-to-prepare recipes.

For me there is nothing like a shower with fresh water (not completely cold), and I enjoy it more if I use a gel with a refreshing smell like citrus. I always have at hand some whose aroma relaxes me and helps me out as new.

I recommend those of L'Occitane, of Weleda (which have delicious aromas). or Eucerin shower oil, since in addition to cleaning prevents skin dehydration, key point to try to avoid the appearance of stretch marks.

Get a massage with a cream for tired legs

That 'leg massage' moment is one of the best things you can do for your well-being and better if you put them up (for example, cntra the wall), because it helps you improve blood return and relief is immediate. If the belly no longer lets you bow down, tell your partner to help you (the moment will be even more relaxing).

One of the best keys to get the most out of the massage is use a special cream for tired legs, since they usually have a cold effect and very refreshing ingredients, so the sensation will help you regulate your body temperature a bit.

This is one of the products that are always on my bedside table in case I wake up at night and feel very hot. This has a very pleasant mentholated aroma that helps to relieve them a little and prevent sweating problems.
