What toy would you not give to your children?
Sometimes it is difficult to control, you know what happens with family gifts, although we can always let them see our preferences. Princesses, pink dolls, guns, paintings, noisy devices ...? Surely you have some toys to cross out of the letter to the Kings, and we would like to meet them.
Last week's question
Last week we asked you how you encourage the practice of exercise in your children and we have obtained several answers with ideas to put into practice.
Anamare told us that she takes her children to places where there are other children, because their free play always involves movement and physical exercise. Also hiking with them to the mountains and the beach (in summer) and during the course the girls go to rhythmic gymnastics and the boy athletics, and remarks that not because of sexism but because it is what they have chosen.
On the other hand, Bomowski tells us that the key is that see the exercise as something fun, so they encourage him with play and learning, a good motivation to run, jump and have fun at the same time.
Ingrid Barrios also tells us his experience:
Playing sports with them, I take my son to swimming lessons and I also swim at the same time, on Sundays we run with my husband in mini marathons and the big one of five runs with us and the one of a year we take him in a loader, we try to practice the same family sports and that motivates them more.
