Today, Monday, November 18 85 years of the first appearance in Mickey Mouse cinemas. In the year 1928 Steamboat Willie was released. I think my grandmother was 17 years old at the time so you can say that this mouse has transcended many generations and is sure that she will continue to do so.
Below you can see a fragment of the short film from Get a horse!, an innovative short black and white made with the latest technology, which is the return of Mickey to the big screen and that will premiere in cinemas with Frozen on November 29, 2013. To celebrate it at Disney they have gathered a lot of elementary school children to learn how to draw Mickey with Fabrizio Petrossi, Disney animator and one of the few artists authorized to draw Mickey.

Short film Get a horse! Walt Disney Animation Studios follows the adventures of Mickey, his favorite companion Minnie Mouse and his friends Horacio and Clarabella, while enjoying a musical ride aboard a wagon full of hay.
