The Nestlé chips to explain what your breakfast contains

Taking advantage of the event in which Nestle introduced us to what is the nutritional revolution, Nadia Solana, a nutritionist from Nestlé Spain, as well as Santi Castellanos, Brand Manager Kids & Teens from Nestlé Cereales, gave us a set of cards in which we can find what are the main nutritional characteristics of the breakfasts we take at home.

In the video we have recorded, and that can be seen below, we present the breakfasts that do not include cereals ordered by fat content. Then we present the cereals ordered by the content of whole grains from highest to lowest. There are other parameters to analyze in addition to fats and cereals, for example, sugar content, salt and calories. We remember that breakfast should provide almost 400 Kcal by that time.

As we discussed in the previous article, the two Nestlé specialists explained to us what the Nestlé's commitment to reduce sugar of the cereals that make up the children's range and add more whole grains. They also showed us the fat content of each type of breakfast and provided us with combinations to have valid breakfasts for the whole family.
