The company Novarama is responsible for the successful saga Invizimals which has sold thousands of video games in forty countries. Novarama was the first Spanish company to become an exclusive development studio for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe in 2011. It currently has more than 30 employees in its workforce and has established itself as an international benchmark in innovation and creativity thanks to Invizimals.
These video games come alive using augmented reality and making the kids have fun with their consoles. Two new installments will appear at the end of 2013: Invizimals: the alliance for PSVita and Invizimals: the hidden kingdom for PlayStation 3.
He Novarama founder is Daniel Sánchez-Crespo to whom our Extra Life partners conducted an interview many months ago. In that interview Daniel explained that they had a very good relationship with Sony and that both were delighted by a result that achieved a perfect integration of 3D with the real world.
And it is that the Invizimals look spectacular, they move very well, they generate very entertaining games and in addition the kids can take pictures with their favorite Invizimal and share it with their friends.
Daniel also thanked Sony for collaborating so actively because the initial project grew with new scenarios, new languages, more monsters, spectacular sounds, etc. And is that making dreams come true is the result of perseverance, work and the realization of a good product.
In the interview Daniel explains that young people who want to start working in video games, although it seems to me that you have to play long before launching to create, is that you have to know the technique although the most important thing is to develop a solid product that serves as a reference for a large company to look at it. From there you just have to grow and develop with a lot of work and passion, similar to how Novarama has achieved.
