'The gentlemen forms' are in the manga lounge of Barcelona

Iván Roca is a well-known illustrator, responsible for Oyayubi, a series of adventures that his second copy has recently seen, during these days he will sign copies in the hall.

But today we don't want to talk so much about Ivan, as from his sons Denis (7) and Darel (4), who have inherited from Daddy the creative passion and great talent. With only six years, the eldest of the brothers began to draw 'The gentlemen forms'. This comic was initially published in the digital magazine Small LdN, and then began to be printed on paper, in fanzine format, Denis now has a presence in the manga lounge, as he had in the past comic book hall (May this year).

I tell you, before continuing, that Little LdN is the children's and youth supplement of the Web Book of Notes in which they are offered Comic books, texts and other quality content for free, aimed at children and adolescents. It contains content that runs away from extreme infantilism, and treat readers as the intelligent people they are.

And I return with this family of creators: Ivan tells us that Denis began one day to draw with him and from there came the first two pages of 'The gentlemen forms'. The father guides the child, suggesting ways to change some approach in the presentation of the stories. But otherwise it only takes care of the layout

We loved the idea of bringing shapes to life, and I particularly like that they are so expressiveIn addition, his drawings have undergone a remarkable evolution in a short time.

He also tells us that the copies that had taken the fanzine were finished in the comic room. And if you want to meet them you have to approach the stand f-16. There you will meet 'The gentlemen forms and the forms of Christmas' which is the second number of the series, and has been released for the occasion.

Denis is acquiring remarkable knowledge in editing, and He has planned to continue with the numbers three and four, but prefers that from there, it is little Darel who is responsible for drawing the comic. Both publish in this blog, each drawing is named after its author.

I want to congratulate Denis and Darel, and congratulate Ivan (also thank him for the information) for that couple of artists he has at home.

You can attend this event that will take place until tomorrow, November 4th (included), and whose entrance to the public is located on Reina María Cristina Avenue in Barcelona.
