What is the best time to go to sleep?

Our brain is not equally prepared to sleep at all hours of the day. We have more prone phases to sleep and other more reluctant.

In children in general, these phases do not happen in the same way. Parents should find out what time preferences their children have. Many babies already have more or less regular sleep habits.

We know that babies' sleeping habits do not conform to the family scheme, but it is very important to respect it without exaggeration.

Until the child adjusts his biological clock, we must be patient, then we can change it slowly and gradually.

If for some reason, we make our child stay awake during the sleep predisposition phase of his brain, then he enters the reluctant phase and it is much more difficult for him to fall asleep later. As he is tired then, he becomes more irritable and nervous, while struggling not to fall asleep, since his brain is not predisposed to do so. That is why it is so important to know the times of each child and adapt to them. So, What is the best time to go to sleep?
