"In the womb: identical twins": the documentary about the development of equal twins

A few weeks ago we brought you the documentary "In the womb", one of the best, if not the best, about the gestation of a baby, very useful for everyone who is going to have a baby and very interesting for anyone, That's why knowing where it came from. We also publish the following episode "Twins, triplets and quadruplets", very curious because it dealt with cases of multiple births.

The first was published in March 2005 and the second in January 2007. A year later, in December 2008, National Geographic gave another twist to the subject and offered us "In the womb: identical twins", which today you can see here in High Definition, to enjoy it as it deserves.

In it you can see curious cases of identical twins and, unlike, cases of twins that are not and that, in fact, are very different. Identical twins help study things like homosexuality, which they talk about in the documentary. Also, by sharing the same genes, they are useful for science when determining what factors of our way of being or of our physique depend on the genes or depend on the environment, or in what percentage they depend on one thing or the other.

Actually, the documentary talks about many things related to this, with how science takes advantage of the situation of identical twins for knowledge. This may be interesting for many, but perhaps boring for others (notice because they actually talk about many topics).

Nor do I want to overtake you too much, so I leave you with the documentary below:
