Finish the year with a very fun race: the first San Silvestre for children in Zaragoza

If you want to take advantage of the last day of the year doing sports, what better way to join a traditional race these dates, in which the participants wear fun costumes of Santa Claus and other themes. But this year there is also a novelty: The first San Silvestre race for children will take place in Zaragoza.

The First San Silvestre Zaragozana Race for Children will be in the immediate vicinity of the San Bruno and La Seo squares, in the Historic District, between 11 am and 1 pm, and children from zero to 16 years old, the youngest, can participate with the help of parents, of course.

This is a "pioneer" test, which is complementary to the San Silvestre for adults, which will also be held in the Historic District of the city, at 6 pm on the same day, and in which runners can participate from 16 years.

The I San Silvestre Zaragozana for children is organized by 100 Feet Events, which in previous years had organized a race for children in the San José neighborhood and now extends throughout the city after verifying the success of the first.

The tour will be adapted to different ages, and children under five must participate accompanied by their parents. For these children the route will be 250 meters; for children from five to eight years, 500 meters; thousand meters for children up to 12 years and mothers, and 1,500 meters for children up to 16 years and parents.

And although the important thing is to participate, there will also be prizes for the winners: toys, t-shirts and checks worth different amounts. In addition, all who finish their career will have a gift bag. In the finish area, inflatable castles and games for children.
